Syrups
Our production unit consists of an automated line for the filling and packaging of oral solutions. It takes care of all production stages which includes bottle filling, label gluing, assembly of the flacon, and insertion of the leaflet inside the outer box. It completes the packaging and final preparation of the shipping carton.
Hence as it is fully automated there are fewer chances of human error, digitally regulated, and has increased production capacity. As it is a closed circuit, the contamination of the raw materials is nullified, the machine performance is maximum which yields the highest quality of finished products.
We can produce an oral solution from 50 mL flacons to 500ml bottles in PET or Glass bottles and flacons. Hence, we have varied volumes of oral solution ranges which customers can choose from for their specific market needs.
